•Architected and implemented REST APIs for Windchill WRS, designing scalable service interfaces and backend workflows for enterprise product integrations.
•Optimized Windchill OData services using Java multithreading and concurrent processing, reducing API response time by 30% and improving throughput for concurrent workloads
•Architected a metadata-driven semantic and caching layer for Windchill AI using MCP, Spring AI, RAG, and CAG, enabling customer-defined product terminology and dynamic context resolution while reducing AI response latency by 30%
•Modernized the legacy Windchill frontend architecture by building a configuration-driven Angular/TypeScript framework, allowing developers to define UI extensions through JSON-based configuration and standardizing frontend development
•Built a reusable Angular/TypeScript extension library with automated GitLab CI/CD, enabling developers across Windchill to independently build and deploy extensions; the framework has been adopted by 6+ extensions.

•Developed and enhanced Java-based backend services using REST and OData protocols, handling request routing, data serialization, and response optimization.
•Refactored and replaced legacy odata4j dependencies with customized implementations, resolving compatibility issues and improving long-term maintainability.
•Implemented FIPS-compliant cryptographic configurations, ensuring secure communication and adherence to enterprise security standards.
